For the 4th of July weekend we did a ton of stuff! Thursday night we went to Seven Peaks with my Dad's singles ward. Friday we took the Facers out on my Dad's boat and spent most of the day on the lake. On Saturday morning we went down to Provo and drove around watching the balloons. After that we went camping at Currant Creek. Canyon loved it! It took me a while to just relax and let Canyon play in the dirt but after that we all had fun. Its a little hard for me to sit back and watch him get covered in dirt but I learned that there really wasn't much I could do about it. I mostly spent the weekend chasing him around with baby wipes! His favorite activity of the whole trip was picking up pieces of Harley's dog food and putting them in a can. :)

Looks like a fun weekend!! It's taken me a long time to be able to sit back and let my kids just get dirty. But once I got over it, it's way less stressful!! And you're right, there really isn't anything you can do!
