Big Helper

We have had Baby Savanna for one week now and its been so much fun having her at our house! Canyon absolutely adores her and he likes to always be in the same room as her and hold her hand. Its very cute. He also likes to help by throwing away her diapers for us and he likes to help feed her bottles. He has been a lot better with her than I thought he would be so its been reaally good. Here is a picture I took on my cell phone of him sitting next to her holding her hand.

Baby Savanna Facer

I am excited to finally announce the birth of our sweet little Savanna Facer! She was born on Wednesday, March 25th at 1:25 PM. She weighed 8 lbs 14 oz and was 21 inches long. The delivery was just fine, in fact it was a thousand times easier than my last. I only pushed about 7 times and was done. Both Savanna and I are doing extremely well and we are glad to be home!

Good News!!

We officially almost have a baby! :) I am scheduled to be induced tomorrow morning at 6:30, yay! Wish me luck and I will post pic's of our sweet little Savanna in a few days!

D Day Plus One

Well, today I am officially overdue. Sad sad. Yesterday was sad but today is worse. Its horrible to see your due date come and go! My next doctors appointment is on Tuesday so hopefully I will have good news that day. It would be even better if I could have the baby before then though!
Yesterday we decided to make the most of the day so we drove up the Provo Canyon to Nunn's Park and parked the car, then walked to Bridal Veil Falls. Canyon loved it! He is always so happy to be anywhere with rocks and water.
(Also, in case anyone was wondering what happens to your due date baby count down thinger when you are past due... it adds more days! I thought it would stay at zero or maybe go negative but no, it now says I have 1 day to go. Its adding more days, rude!)

4 days to go... and possibly many more!

So... just thought I would update anyone that was curious to know how my pregnancy is going. I am due this Saturday but from the looks of it I will still be pregnant this same time next week! My doctor appointment last week showed some hope, I was dilated almost to a 2 which is way more than I ever was with Canyon. Today when I went in I was the same but the doctor told me that Savanna is posterior and that he can't induce me until he gives her a chance to turn. Canyon was posterior too and he never turned so they finally induced me about a week late and then we had a hard labor. Hopefully this baby will just get here on her own because I don't want to give birth to another large baby! Everyone keep their fingers crossed!!

Fishing With Daddy

Canyon got to go fishing with daddy yesterday for a little bit. His favorite part was finding rocks to throw in the water of course but he still loved being out with his dad.

We have Spring Fever!

This is Canyon's favorite thing to do in our backyard. We have a little stream that goes along the sidewalk in the backyard and he loves to find rocks and throw them in it. We are so excited that all of the snow has melted... for now, and we can play outside! He loves it!
