Canyon's first time boating

Today was Canyon's first time at the lake out on Grandpa's boat and he was so good! He just sat on my lap or next to me most of the time and didn't run around the boat getting into things and trying to fall out like I thought he would. He was great! He even fell asleep and had a 45 minute nap on the boat. I'm really not sure how he was able to fall asleep and stay asleep with the water being as choppy as it was but he did it.

Canyon hates the bathtub!

So we went down to St. George a couple months ago and Canyon was taking a bath and wouldn't sit still. He was climbing all over and it ended in him slipping and falling under the water. Ever since then Canyon refuses to take a bath. He HATES it! He has to shower with my husband every day. My baby isn't such a baby anymore!

So I'm really new at this whole blogging thing but it looks like fun so I guess I'll give it a try. The only exciting thing that I can even think to write about is my precious little boy Canyon. He is growing up so fast and I just wish time would slow down a little bit! He turned 14 mos. on the 17th and it really feels like he was just born a few months ago. He is into everything at this stage in his life and super busy all the time.
